SHORT:  Stefan Kornacki  – a multimedia artist. Performer, director, poet and educator. Vocalist of the SER CHARLES poetry punk rock music group [Organek, Staszewski]. Currently, he is working on INSCRIPTION PROJECT [installations with disassembled factory inscriptions], LOCAL NEWS [socially engaged art] and  SZEROKOŚCI [serial film based on  poetry & CB radio action] Co-creator  the scientific-artistic group INSTYTUT B-61, where he performer  together with, among others  with Tomasz Stańko,  Domowe Melodie and Maja Kleszcz. Winner of the „Talenty Trójki 2012” awarded by the Polish Radio Program 3 of the Visual Arts category. His project was realised  in Poland, Portugal, Estonia, Ukraine, Germany and  India

LONG: Stefan Kornacki [1983]– the multimedia artist. The author of installations, video, theatrical and performative actions, a poet, and an educator. He is a graphic art graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń [2007] He is the author of the interdisciplinary, international documentary-installation project in the urban space using preserved inscriptions and neons entitled the Inscription Project, that has been realised among others in Tallinn, Kiev [Euro 2012], Lisbon and Poland, where the most important is the Ustawka [Hooligans pre-arranged fight] In his previous theatrical and performative actions he performed together, among others, with artists such as trumpeter Tomasz Stańko, Tomasz Organek, Justyna Chowaniak [Domowe Melodie], L.U.C. [Łukasz Rostkowski], Mariusz Lubomski,  Cezary Ostrowski. As a poet and a musician he is the founder and leader of the band SER CHARLES with Tomasz Organek and Adam Staszewski, whose debut album was released in November 2014 [Jimmy Jazz Records  label]. He co-creates the scientific-artistic project B-61 Institute since its beginning [2009]. He is the author of the political–social series of works entitled LOCAL NEWS – exhibitions of this series have been presented i.a. at the National Gallery of Art in Sopot, MCK in Bydgoszcz, Monopol in Warsaw, Plataforma Revólver in Lisbon. He was the curator of the 3 Pokolenia – jedna miłość [3 Generations – one love] exhibition in the Centre of Contemporary Art in Toruń, which was one of the most visited exhibitions in the history of this institution. He is the “Talenty Trójki 2012” laureate – awarded by the Polish Radio in the “visual arts” category, he has been granted scholarships by the Marshal Office of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship [2015] and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage [2016]. Honored with title of “Kulturysta” awarded by Radiowy Dom Kultury for original and intriguing cultural activists.
